Chair Biography

Sky Countryman is currently the CEO of InSource Diagnostics a clinical laboratory based in Monrovia, California. InSource Diagnostics was founded with a very simple vision: utilize the best quality science to support medication monitoring and drugs of abuse testing and are currently developing novel solutions to improve patient accessibility for existing clinical assays. Before starting his own company Sky spent 13 years with Phenomenex, the global leader in separation sciences, in various sales, marketing, and product development roles. He is a recognized leader in chromatography techniques such as LC/MS/MS, GC, GC/MS, and solid phase extraction. He has lectured all over the world, including joint teaching seminars with the US Pharmacopeia (USP), and has published numbers scientific papers and technical articles.
